Safe Arrival in Honduras!

Our small-but-mighty mission team has arrived safely in Honduras after an uneventful but lengthy day of travel!  There were 5 or 6 other mission teams arriving and going through customs at the same time, which was hectic and wonderful.  There is plenty of good work to be done!

 The team was met by a bus in Tegucigalpa and traveled to Danli, where they are staying in a hotel.
That is a very different experience for our seasoned Honduras travelers!

 

 

 

They will travel to Trojes tomorrow (another 2 hour ride) to the work site and begin their work installing filtration systems to provide clean water for the people there. The work site at Trojes is right on the border with Nicaragua.

Thank God for a successful and uneventful journey.  We will continue to keep all of our travelers in our hearts and prayers.
